Magnetic assisted electric contact pressure gauges are widely used in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and power stations, as well as in the matching of mechanical and electrical equipment, to measure the pressure of various fluid media without explosion hazards, and to measure the pressure of gases and liquids with strong corrosiveness. The instrument, when used in conjunction with corresponding electrical components such as relays and contactors, can achieve automatic control and signaling (alarm) of the measured pressure system.

principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating device, a magnetic assisted contact device, a housing, an adjusting device, and a junction box. Its working principle is based on the spring tube in the measurement system, which is forced to produce corresponding elastic deformation displacement at the end of the spring tube under the pressure of the measured medium. With the help of a pull rod and gear transmission and amplification, the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the indicator pointer fixed on the gear shaft. At the same time, when it is in contact with the contact on the set pointer, it causes the circuit in the control system to be disconnected or connected, achieving the purpose of automatic control and sending alarm signals.
