Application

Precision pressure gauges are mainly used to verify ordinary industrial pressure gauges, and can also be used to accurately measure the pressure of various non corrosive, non crystalline, and non solidified media such as copper alloys and alloy structural steels.

principle

The instrument consists of a measuring system, an indicating part, and a case. The instrument has good sealing performance, which can protect its internal measuring mechanism from mechanical damage and contamination invasion. The working principle of the instrument is based on the deformation of elastic elements. Under the pressure of the measured medium, the end of the spring tube is forced to undergo corresponding elastic deformation displacement. With the help of a pull rod and gear transmission, the measured value is amplified and gradually indicated on the dial by an indicator pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
