Diaphragm pressure gauges are suitable for measuring small pressures in corrosive and viscous media (non solidifying and non crystalline). Mainly used for measuring small pressures of gases and liquids in the chemical, petroleum, and textile industries.

principle

The instrument consists of a measurement system, a transmission indicator mechanism, and a housing. Its working principle is based on the deformation of elastic elements. Under the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm is forced to undergo corresponding elastic deformation displacement. With the help of the connecting rod group and the transmission mechanism, the measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear and amplified.
