The 3151TG intelligent differential pressure transmitter, as a high-precision and intelligent on-site differential pressure parameter detection instrument, is used to measure the differential pressure, pressure, and liquid level parameters of various media in liquid, gas, and steam states. It converts the measured differential pressure parameters into 4-20mA standard electrical signals and outputs them. At the same time, it adopts the HART protocol and has the function of communicating with the controller or upper computer. The transmitter has the function of output parameter configuration, which can adapt to the needs of different users. It can accurately measure differential pressure, liquid level, vacuum degree, and specific gravity. The transmitter has a dust-proof structure, making installation, use, and calibration easy and simple. The wiring terminals and electronic circuit board are placed in a sealed electrical chamber above the transmitter, and are separated from each other. So when wiring on site, the amplifier is still working in a sealed state. The transmitter has reverse polarity protection measures to prevent damage to the transmitter due to power connection. The volume change during operation is less than 0.16 milliliters, which can prevent excessive changes in the liquid column of the measured medium. Therefore, there is no need to add a condenser or liquid level cylinder to compensate for the volume change. The components of the transmitter in contact with the measured medium are made of 316L stainless steel material. The use of surface mount electronic components and plug-in design manufacturing of printed circuit boards results in fewer faults, easier maintenance, strong universality, reduced spare parts, and lower maintenance costs.
