Wear resistant thermocouples are specialized products for high-temperature and wear-resistant environments such as circulating fluidized bed boilers, boiling boilers, coal grinding gasification furnaces, and cement plant series kilns. The G series wear-resistant thermocouples draw on the strengths of others and use process formulas to produce wear-resistant alloys in an unbalanced state. Compared with ordinary stainless steel metal and metal ceramic protective tubes, the service life of this product is increased by 1-5 times. Due to differences in environmental temperature, high temperature control points, large vibrations, high blower speeds, and severe wear, temperature measurement is very difficult and the service life is very short. Generally, wear-resistant alloys are worn out, bent, and broken in only 10-90 days, resulting in wear resistance. Thermocouples are damaged, causing significant losses and unnecessary trouble to users.
