The UHZ series side mounted magnetic flap level gauge products can achieve high sealing, leak prevention, and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The entire measurement process has no blind spots, clear display, and intuitive readings.

Technical parameters:

1. Installation method: Side mounted, top mounted

2. Measurement media: such as water, oil, other chemical solvents, and liquid raw materials

3. Material requirements: such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, stainless steel lined with PTFE, PP, PVC (if the user is not clear, after providing relevant parameters, our technical personnel can help choose the location)

4. Measuring medium temperature: The different temperatures determine the different material types for the float and display panel. When the temperature is too low in winter, it is necessary to install a potential heat or steam jacket for insulation. The liquid level gauge can measure the medium temperature of -20 ℃~500 ℃.

5. Work pressure: The magnitude of the pressure determines the thickness of the main pipe and the differences in welding and other processing techniques. The medium that can be measured by the liquid level gauge can reach a high pressure of up to 10MPa.

6. Connection method: The top mounted magnetic flap level gauge series products generally use DN80 or DN100 connection flanges, while the side mounted magnetic flap level gauge uses three connection methods: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp connection, and threaded connection.

7. Measurement range:

1. The side mounted type is connected to the container to be measured through two upper and lower conduits, so its measurement range is the distance between the centers of the two conduits, abbreviated as center distance. 2. The top mounted type is inserted into the container from the top, so its measurement range is the distance that needs to be measured between the top and bottom of the container.

Remote transmission output and alarm signal: The magnetic flap level gauge can achieve remote transmission of 4-20mA, 485 communication, Modbus protocol and switch signal, alarm function.

2、 Working principle of side mounted magnetic flap level gauge

A new type of instrument that uses magnetic steel inside a float to drive the flipping of a dual color thin sheet to indicate liquid level. The magnetic float inside the main body of the magnetic flap level gauge moves up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level, while driving the dual color sheet inside the indicator outside the main body to flip. When there is a liquid level, it turns red, and when there is no liquid level, it turns white. The boundary between the red and white color bands represents the liquid level height. There is a prominent scale on the left side of the indicator.
