In order to avoid temperature measurement errors caused by insufficient insertion depth, a three sided integrated processing protection tube, a simplified heat sleeve, and a main equipment combination welding method are used. The gap between the three sided area and the inner hole of the heat sleeve is utilized to fill the heat medium with high temperature inside the heat sleeve, effectively increasing the insertion depth.
Hot sleeve thermocouples and thermal resistors have two corresponding structures and installation forms based on the differences in pressure, temperature, and flow rate used, and users can freely choose according to their usage.

Hot set thermocouples are mainly suitable for steam pipelines, boilers, and other places that require temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
